Phénix FH registration is now open for the 2025 spring season!

We have the following field hockey groups in action:

• U10 Coed (2015 onwards)

• U12 Coed (2013 and 2014)

• U16 Girls (2009 - 2012)

• U16Boys (2009 - 2012)

The focus will be on skills, fun, and physical literacy.  The spring program is 11 weeks starting on April 5. All sessions will be at Brennan Field, in Low. The Phénix program combines team play, skill stations, physical literacy, and fitness.

Equipment

Athletes will require mouthguard, shin guards, running shoes, and a water bottle.  First timers will have access to the team stick bag.
